Tingle is a location based mobile app that shows you other members in your area. The app is free to download on itunes however it is only available in the U.S. and Canada. The app offers great features such as talking or texting with others without having to give out your phone number as well as not showing your exact location. This is a nice bonus that they offer so that you can avoid being bombarded with unwanted phone calls or even worse, stalkers.
