Black Dating Network is a dating site for African Americans. My search for local matches returned a good selection of members. Although the profiles don’t have dates of members last visit, so you can’t tell how many of the members are active. But based on the number of people who visit the site in a month, most of those profiles are probably inactive. The site doesn’t have enough members yet to justify the subscription cost.
