Personal Datefinder is a site for people looking to hook up. The site has a good layout and is easy to navigate. Its kind of outdated in its design and doesnt have the big glossy images but overall its surprisingly good.

My search for local members returned a good number of matches, although some of the profiles were fake. Personal Datefinder does offer a lot of features such as instant messaging and video chats, however to use these feautres you will need to upgrade to a paid membership.
