Editor's Review of Oasis

Oasis.com is an online dating site for singles to meet. The site is free to register on and browse through profiles. Our search for local members returned a pretty large selection of matches.

We liked that the site deactivates your profile if you haven’t been on in a while, which means the profiles you are reviewing have recently been active.

For paid members some features require tokens; which you earn by logging in, completing your profile or getting your friends to sign up for the site. With enough tokens you can send a “Shout Out” mass email message to 1000 members. Although, we are not fans of the mass email idea. It would be nice knowing that someone actually took the time to put some sincerity into writing and email to one person instead of saying "What's Up" to a 1000 people.
