Editor's Review of Date

Date.com as of December 2016 has become part of Matchmaker.com. If you were an existing member of Date.com you can use the same login information as before to login to Matchmaker.com and all of your profile information including messages have been retained.

Matchmaker.com is an online dating site for singles to meet. Registration is free and there is no fee to browse through profiles. You can even send out messages for free however if you recieve a message then you will have to upgrade to a paid membership in order to read it.

With upgraded memberships you will have access to features such as instant messaging, better visibility in searches and ads will be eliminated.

The site has a good, easy to use layout. My search for local matches returned a wide selection of matches.
